How often have you heard someone say that they are happy? That he or she is happy? How often do you say it? What does it mean to you specifically? At what period of your life were you in that moment?
Psychology divides states of something called hapiness, which could be connected with someone’s time periods (and quick shots) of particular experience and something called fulfilment.
The short time experience varies from moments of being in love, to eating food, drinking alcohol, sex, high performance in sports, success at work – you can imagine anything which defines your life:) Very often such behaviour is motivated by the aspects of our personality which are in long term causing troubles in our lives.
These are situations when we RECEIVE (or take). Sometimes we can get even into a state where we come back to these little supporters more and more. Into the state of mind or real fulfilment we can get only and exlusively by GIVING and taking care.
